Support Coordination

Psychosocial Recovery Coaching

Specialised support for people living with mental health challenges.

Our Psychosocial Recovery Coaches work alongside participants who experience psychosocial disabilities. We focus on recovery, independence and community engagement.

What we offer:

  • Person-centred coaching grounded in recovery principles
  • Building self-awareness, emotional resilience and daily living skills
  • Encouraging reconnection with community, hobbies, and purpose
  • Assisting with crisis planning and relapse prevention
  • Collaborating with mental health professionals, families, and support networks

Mentoring & Capacity Building

Empowering growth through lived experience and practical support.

Our mentoring service provides participants with a safe, supportive, and empowering relationship where they can build confidence, develop life skills and reach their goals.

We support participants to:

  • Improve communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Set and work towards personal and professional goals
  • Build independence in managing daily tasks (e.g., appointments, budgeting)
  • Navigate challenges in work, school or social environments
  • Learn coping strategies and improve self-esteem

Our mentors bring genuine empathy, patience, and practical guidance — many with lived experience of disability or recovery.

Social and Group Programs

Our psychosocial group programs are designed to help participants:

  • Build friendships and social confidence
  • Engage in meaningful, structured activities
  • Strengthen emotional regulation and coping strategies

Group sessions may include:

Behavioural Specialist Support

Understanding behaviours, building better outcomes.

We collaborate with experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners to offer:

  • Functional Behaviour Assessments
  • Development of Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSP)
  • Implementation support and team training
  • Strategies that reduce restrictive practices and improve quality of life

We support individuals with complex behavioural needs by:

  • Working alongside family, carers, and service providers
  • Creating tailored, strengths-based approaches
  • Providing trauma-informed and culturally appropriate strategies
